#UABCO is seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Projects Control Manager to lead the planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring functions across our major #MEP and #construction projects in #Saudi_Arabia. This role is based in our regional project office with frequent site visits, #reporting directly to #General_Manager.
The #MEP #Projects #Control $Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of #project #controls for complex #mechanical, and #electrical, engineering #packages, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual milestones and Saudi building codes.
#Key_responsibilities:-
- Establish, baseline, and maintain integrated MEP project master schedules using Primavera P6 and cost management systems.
- Lead project planning, critical path analysis (CPM), delay analysis, and resource/cost loading across multi-disciplinary MEP packages.
- #Monitor project #KPIs, #perform Earned Value Management #(EVM), and generate accurate cost variance and schedule performance reports.

#Job_Description:-
Experienced Electrical Tendering Engineer responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid documents for electrical construction, MEP, industrial, infrastructure, and utility projects. Ensures accurate tender submissions, compliance with client requirements, and competitive pricing strategies.
#Key_Responsibilities:-
-Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates, BOQs, and tender pricing.
-Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams for quotations and technical inputs.
-Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and ensure competitiveness.
Identify project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities.
-Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions within deadlines.
Clarify tender requirements and respond to client queries.
-Maintain tender records, cost databases, and estimation benchmarks.
-Ensure compliance with company standards, client specifications, and applicable codes.
#Qualifications & #Requirements:-
-Bachelor's Degree in #Electrical_Engineering.
#Minimum 8 years of #experience in #electrical_estimation and #tendering.
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MEP projects, and construction practices.
-Proficient in #AutoCAD, #MS_Excel, and #estimation_software.
-Familiarity with #SEC, #Saudi Building Code, #IEC, and international standards.
Strong analytical, #commercial, and #negotiation skills.
-Ability to manage #multiple #tenders and meet strict deadlines.
