⚠️ Infrastructure Update Over the past few days, our infrastructure has been experiencing unusually high external traffic - DDoS attack. As a result, some users may have encountered slowdowns or temporary service disruptions. During this period, our protection systems successfully processed and filtered more than 687 million malicious requests. At peak moments, the traffic volume was hundreds and even thousands of times higher than normal platform activity. We have implemented a series of infrastructure improvements and strengthened our defenses. At this time, all major services are operating normally, and the platform is now significantly more resilient than before the incident. ⚔️ Almost 24 Hours Under Attack During the last ~24 hours, the Bots.Business infrastructure was under a prolonged DDoS attack. 💩The attack was gradually escalating: — request intensity was increasing, — the traffic profile was changing, — some waves reached extremely high volumes — up to 1 million requests per second. ⚒️Unfortunately, during certain periods the API was indeed unavailable. During the attack we: • migrated infrastructure under a new protection layer; • strengthened traffic filtering; • rebuilt parts of the network scheme; • added additional mitigation mechanisms; • planned a new set of works to further strengthen protection. The system is now operating significantly more stable, and most malicious traffic is being filtered before reaching the origin servers. Thank you to everyone who stayed with us during this time and helped with reports, checks, and patience.

⚠️ Temporary Service Interruption Today our services experienced a temporary infrastructure issue which caused partial downtime for approximately 30 minutes. The issue affected network connectivity and availability of some services. The infrastructure problem has been resolved and all systems are operating normally again.
