Dear Parents and Guardians,
To ensure the safety of our students during dismissal, the school administration would like to inform you of the student pick-up card procedures for students from Kindergarten through Grade 3.
✍️Starting September 1, 2026, the school will strictly implement the use of Pick-up Cards. Parents or guardians who are coming to pick up a student must present the Pick-up Card to school staff.
- If you have not yet received a Pick-up Card or have lost your card, please contact the school’s Student Services Staff to request a replacement card.
- If you do not have a Pick-up Card temporarily, you will be required to complete an information verification form with school staff before the student can be released.
✍️These procedures may require a little additional time during student pick-up. However, the safety and security of our students remain our highest priority.

Annual Management Refresher Workshop!
On August 22, 2026, Western International School held its Annual Management Refresher Workshop for management teams across all campuses to prepare for and enhance operational performance for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The workshop focused primarily on updating educational policies and strategic directions, enhancing the quality of teaching and learning, improving school administration and operational efficiency, and strengthening teamwork and collaboration among campus leaders.
In addition, the program emphasized reinforcing student discipline, elevating parent and student care and engagement, maintaining a clean and safe school environment, and fostering leadership accountability to ensure consistent standards across all campuses.
Furthermore, the session promoted awareness around resilience, staff well-being, and sustainable productivity, all of which are vital for building a professional, positive, and supportive workplace that fosters staff growth.
This workshop served not only as an opportunity to refresh knowledge and share best practices, but also to solidify a shared understanding, a unified direction, and a collective commitment among school leaders to continuously elevate educational quality, operational effectiveness, and the overall student learning experience.

Carrying a heavy backpack every day can affect students' posture and comfort, potentially causing back pain, shoulder pain, and fatigue.
To reduce the weight of students' backpacks and promote their well-being, the school management has installed lockers in all classrooms from Grades 1 to 6 for students' daily use.

The Management of Western International School, Chamkar Doung Campus, would like to inform all parents, guardians, and students about the study-location arrangements for the 2026–2027 academic year, which will begin on September 1, 2026, as follows:
📚 Nursery–K3 and Grades 1–3
Students from Nursery through K3 and Grades 1–3 will study at Western International School, Chamkar Doung Campus 2 (CKD 2) starting from September 1, 2026.
📚 Grades 4–5
Students will temporarily study at Western International School, Chamkar Doung Campus 2 (CKD 2) starting from September 1, 2026, until the renovation work at Chamkar Doung Campus 1 (CKD 1) has been fully completed.
The Management will provide a new announcement in advance when Grade 4 and Grade 5 students are scheduled to return to Chamkar Doung Campus 1 (CKD 1).
📚 Grades 6–12 and General English Program (GEP) students both full-time and part-time, will continue studying at Western International School, Chamkar Doung Campus 1 (CKD 1) starting from September 1, 2026.
Note:
Chamkar Doung Campus 1 – Zone A (CKD 1 – Zone A) will undergo renovation. During the renovation period, students in Grades 6–12 and students enrolled in the General English Program (GEP), both full-time and part-time, will continue their studies at Chamkar Doung Campus 1 – Zone B (CKD 1 – Zone B).

📚 សិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៤ និងទី៥នឹងត្រូវសិក្សាជាបណ្តោះអាសន្ន នៅសាលាវេស្ទើនអន្តរជាតិ សាខាចំការដូង ២ (CKD 2) ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រហូតដល់ការជួសជុល និងកែលម្អសោភ័ណភាពអគារសាខាចំការដូង ១ (CKD 1)ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់រួចរាល់។
គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងនឹងជូនដំណឹងជាថ្មីជាមុន នៅពេលសិស្សានុសិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៤ និងទី៥ ត្រូវត្រឡប់មកសិក្សានៅសាខាចំការដូង ១ (CKD 1) វិញ។
📚 សិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៦ ដល់ទី១២ និងសិស្សកម្មវិធីសិក្សាភាសាអង់គ្លេសទូទៅ (GEP) ទាំងពេញម៉ោង និងក្រៅម៉ោង នឹងបន្តសិក្សានៅសាលាវេស្ទើនអន្តរជាតិ សាខាចំការដូង១ (CKD 1) ដដែលចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ តទៅ។
សម្គាល់៖
អគារសាខាចំការដូង១ តំបន់ A (CKD 1 – Zone A) នឹងត្រូវធ្វើការជួសជុល និងកែលម្អសោភ័ណភាពឡើងវិញ។ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃការជួសជុលនេះ សិស្សថ្នាក់ទី៦ ដល់ទី១២ និងសិស្សកម្មវិធីសិក្សាភាសាអង់គ្លេសទូទៅ (GEP) ទាំងពេញម៉ោង និងក្រៅម៉ោង នឹងបន្តសិក្សានៅសាខាចំការដូង ១ តំបន់ B (CKD 1 – Zone B)។
