[Congratulations to 2024 Local President Elect of JCI Phnom Penh] សភាយុវពាណិជ្ជករអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា សាខាភ្នំពេញ សូមអបអរសាទរ និងស្វាគមន៍ លោក សេង តុលា ដែលបានជាប់ឆ្នោតជាប្រធានថ្នាក់តំបន់នៃសភាយុវពាណិជ្ជករអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា សាខាភ្នំពេញ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ អាណត្តិទី១៤។ បន្ទាប់ពីការសម្រេចចិត្ត និងបោះឆ្នោតពីក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលទាំងថ្នាក់ជាតិ និងថ្នាក់តំបន់នៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នេះ លោកទទួលបានសំឡេងពីថ្នាក់ជាតិចំនួន៦ និងថ្នាក់តំបន់ចំនួន៧ ដែលចំនួននេះអាចធ្វើការប្រកាសបានថា លោក សេង តុលា បានជាប់ឆ្នោតជាប្រធានថ្នាក់តំបន់នៃសភាយុវពាណិជ្ជករអន្តរជាតិកម្ពុជា សាខាភ្នំពេញ។ JCI Phnom Penh would like to congratulate and welcome the talented and energetic, Mr. Seng Tola (Eric), the newly elected 2024 Local President of JCI Phnom Penh Mandate 14th. After the decision and vote from the Board of Directors by both National and Local on October 29, 2023, he received 6 votes from National and 7 votes from Local followed the two-thirds Majority Vote. It comes to effective that Mr. Seng Tola is the 2024 Local President Elect of JCI Phnom Penh.
