❤️ If you haven't done anything in these past 8 days of dhul hijjah, don't lose hope. No better time to worship then this day of arafa, don't miss out this golden opportunity and fast if you can in sha Allah. ❤️
Do remember our Ummah in your precious duas 🌴
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
There is no day when God sets free more servants from Hell than the Day of 'Arafa. He draws near, then praises them to the angels, saying: What do these want?
Sahih Muslim : The Book of Pilgrimage
🔹Amr bin Shuaib narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“The best of supplication is the supplication of the Day of Arafah. And the best of what I and the Prophets before me have said is: None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone, without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him belongs the Praise, and He is powerful over all things. (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa alā kulli shai’in qadīr).’”

Although others may have said this is weak.

🌴 Why you are being tested again and again ? One Hardship after another,, while others have it so easy...until you are completely broken,, you don't truly know your inner strength,, Embrace what happens and use it to build your self all over again,
BUT THIS TIME ; STRONGER THEN EVER !!!
• Don't be scared or worried. Don't be anxious. Yes, the trials have become much and have surrounded you on all sides. You have reached confusing times but you have Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala don't you?
• When RasulAllah salallahu alayhi wasallam was hiding in the cave with Abu Bakr radhiallahu anhu, the Quraish were searching for them and had reached the entrance to the cave. And Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala protected them...
• Allah mentions in The Quran: “... when they were in the cave and he (salallahu alayhi wasallam) said to his companion, ‘Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us.’ And Allah sent down His tranquillity upon him, and supported him (with angels), you did not see, and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah, that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.”
[ Quran 9:40 ]
• Now as a believer what should you do ? Always remember Whatever you lose, Allah can replace that with much better. His ‘Hands’ are stretched out, constantly showering blessings upon His creations. He is The Owner of the Kingdom of the earth & skies. If you get sick, Allah can cure you,, If you pass away, then you return to the mercy of your Loving Creator.
• With Allah you have everything... Why are you scared? Allah is always protecting you
Hasbunallah wa ni’mal Wakeel”.
• We have become so caught up in this world and its matters. We have made ourselves tired with things that are beyond our control.... Turn your attention away from the world & its concerns; and turn your attention away from what the people are saying.
• Pay attention to what Allah Ta’ala is saying. Make yourself busy with reading the Words of Allah, The Noble Quran....Drink from the medicine of The Quran, & the Blessed sunnah.... You will be healthy and you will be cured.
• Make your musallah a place of resting ....Engage in abundant zikrullah, and you will find peace....Repent for your sins & Allah will love you...Return to His obedience O slave of Allah.
• There is no better time to build a relationship with Allah and come into His friendship than now...Run away from your troubles and run towards the Mercy of your Lord.
Make Durood.
Keep your tongue moist with Istighfaar.
Renew your Imaan repeatedly with Laa ilaaha illAllah.
• Talk to Allah at all times during the day and night. He is to you what you expect Him to be. So make Him your closest ally in this short journey called life.
May Allah azzawajal grant us all the best Towfeeq to make our relationship stronger with him with each passing day, Aameen

❤️ Great Women of Islam Series ❤️
💕 Umm Salamah (رضي الله عنہا) 💕
Umm Salamah (رضي الله عنها – may Allah be pleased with her) was the wife of Prophet ﷺ, who was known for her beauty, wisdom and knowledge. Prophet ﷺ used to go to her for advice in political matters and in one incident, her wise advice helped Muslims not get into a fight with each other.
Although she was a mother of small children, she used to spend time in self care as well (along with being so good at gaining knowledge) – so much so that Prophet ﷺ used to give her example whenever he’d advice anyone – Take care of yourself like umm salamah takes care of herself.
She narrated 378 ahadith and she used to often inquire Prophet ﷺ about the matters of cleanliness etc.
Umm Salama reported: I said: “Messenger of Allah, I am a woman who has closely plaited hair on my head; should I undo it for taking a bath, because of sexual intercourse?” He ﷺ said: “No, it is enough for you to throw three handfuls of water on your head and then pour water over yourself, and you shall be purified”.
It seems like she took care for her hair a lot. One narration shows how she was getting her hair combed by her maid (and she used to comb them with perfume or henna) and as the khutba of Muhammad ﷺ began, she asked the maid to leave her hair so she can focus on the sermon.
Narrations also show that she used to take care of her facial beauty as well – by putting wars on her face for freckles. And juice of aloes in her eyes to give the face a glow. Yet she was someone who was concerned about the modesty of her dress as well.
It was narrated from Umm Salamah that: She mentioned women’s hems to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Let it down a hand span.” Umm Salamah said: “But that will uncover (her feet).” He said: “Let it down a forearm’s length, but no more than that.”
🌴Lessons learned from her story: 🌴
I learnt that as a student of deen and a mother, you don’t have to ignore your beauty or self. One doesn’t nullify the other. You can do it all in the boundary of Islam. What did you learn from this short story?

🔖 Send lots of Salawat upon the Prophet 🔖
Sending ṣalāh upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday is better than on the rest of the days, and its night (Thursday night) is the best of nights. He ﷺ said, “Among the best of your days is Friday, so frequently send ṣalāh upon me therein.”

⚜️ Dua to increase knowledge
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
"The Messenger of Allah used to say:
'Allahummanfa'ni bima 'allamtani, wa 'allimnima yanfa'uni, wa zidni 'ilma.
[O Allah, benefit me by that which You have taught me, and teach me that which will benefit me, and increase my knowledge.
📜 [Bukhari]
🤲 May Allahﷻ enable us to implement each one of these qualities in us, آمــــــــــين
