01 December 2024 Current Affairs in English & Hindi   ➼  Every year on November 30, 'International Computer Security Day' is celebrated all over the world.  हर वर्ष 30 नवंबर को दुनियाभर में ‘अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कंप्यूटर सुरक्षा दिवस’  मनाया जाता है।    ➼  Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate  the three-day ' Ashtalakshmi Mahotsav 2024' at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi on December 6 . प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी 6 दिसंबर को नई दिल्ली के भारत मंडपम में तीन दिवसीय ‘अष्टलक्ष्मी महोत्सव 2024’ का उद्घाटन करेंगे।    ➼  According to the Central Government, till November 25, about 14 lakh ' Ayushman Vaya Vandan Cards' have been issued for senior citizens aged 70 years and above under Ayushman Bharat -Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana . केंद्र सरकार के अनुसार 25 नवंबर तक आयुष्मान भारत- प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के अंतर्गत 70 वर्ष और उससे अधिक आयु के वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए लगभग 14 लाख ‘आयुष्मान वय वंदन कार्ड’ जारी किए गए हैं।   ➼  According to the central government, about 7 crore 43 lakh beneficiaries have been registered under the ' Universal Immunization Program' -UIP. Under this program, pregnant women and children up to 16 years of age are given vaccines to prevent 12 life-threatening diseases. केंद्र सरकार के अनुसार ‘सार्वभौमिक टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम’-UIP के तहत लगभग 7 करोड़ 43 लाख लाभार्थियों को पंजीकृत किया गया है। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत गर्भवती महिलाओं और 16 वर्ष तक के बच्चों को 12 जीवन-घातक बीमारियों की रोकथाम के टीके दिए जाते हैं।   ➼  The Central Government and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) have signed a loan agreement of 98 million dollars for horticulture farmers.
