Our unlisted portfolio has grown and now accounts for more than half of our total portfolio, as we focused on exploring opportunities in private markets to achieve attractive returns. Our portfolio has remained resilient with a Net Portfolio Value (NPV) of S$389 billion, up S$7 billion from last year. In fact, if we value our unlisted portfolio on a mark to market basis, our mark to market NPV would be S$420 billion with a S$31b uplift from the unlisted assets, up S$9 billion from last year.
