During July, we provided you with one of the highest levels of technical support for the 12800 and 12900 devices with the Ali 2661 processor. No other company was able to achieve what we did and implemented during this month, While we appreciate and fully respect the other companies in the same processor category, we differ from you slightly... Let me explain briefly, dear user, so you know that our support team is the strongest in the market, without a doubt, and number one in the Ali 2661 processor category. - During July, we released only two updates for customers. The first was published on July 10th, and the second on July 24th, with a two-week difference between them, totaling 56 points across both updates. Can you imagine that number, my friend...?  The first update was worth 38 points, and the second update was worth 18 points, totaling 56 points for fixes, modifications, additions, and exclusives...etc. No other support company has been able to implement this except for Premium..! - In both updates, we introduced several exclusives for the first time on this processor. Each exclusive is equivalent to five exclusives from another company. I'll tell you why I say this: fixing and resolving complex issues related to picture quality and frequency search is crucial in any update. Imagine, then, when these are problems that plagued all processor devices for a long time, and no other company was able to fix them. In just two updates, the Premium team alone managed to fix 95% of the channel and frequency search issues on the Ali processor. For example, we fixed the picture quality for the Ukraine RRT package on 4° East, the Colombia RCN package on 40° West, Spanish channels on 30° West, and fixed the search for Russian channels on 49° East. The Premium team alone managed to fix these issues in just two weeks and present them to other Ali 2661 manufacturers on a silver platter. No other support company has been able to implement this except for Premium..! - In the two updates we released, we presented one of the best support initiatives that delighted all our customers and satisfied our users. As you know, Premium's support is different from other companies, because we are confident that we will make Premium 12800 & 12900, the number one Ali 2661 processor. In these two updates, we've been working on processor fixes and menu modifications across all parts of the receiver, from the information bar to the channel list and everywhere else. We're also adding new features and, dear user, offering exclusives like the EPG bar below the channel name, similar to what's found on Android devices. We're also fixing bugs specific to our device, such as menu graphics issues and other problems stemming from Chinese software errors. We've created the best mix of technical support for you, our valued user, in just two updates, two weeks apart, as you've seen for yourself. No other support company has been able to implement this except for Premium..! One major processor issue remains unresolved, concerning picture quality for channels or packages. I won't mention the specific package or channels because I know most companies wouldn't bother to fix it if I did, and you probably wouldn't be able to get it fixed by engineers. In short, it's a complex problem requiring a high level of focus to diagnose.  The Chinese engineer indicated that he could fix the issue with the processor. We will be announcing the fix soon, God willing, so that it can be implemented across all Ali processor manufacturers.
