We’re Hiring: RF Strategy & Optimization Expert 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🕒 Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced RF Strategy & Optimization Expert to lead network optimization initiatives and drive RF strategies that enhance coverage, capacity, quality, and customer experience across 4G/5G networks. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Identify network optimization opportunities to improve coverage, capacity, and performance • Develop RF strategies for 5G NSA/SA, VoLTE, VoNR, mobility, and low-band deployments • Evaluate new RF features and lead software feature trials • Perform end-to-end trace analysis using CEM/Discovery and other analytics platforms to identify root causes • Conduct network enhancement studies using CEM, Discovery, and crowdsourced datasets • Benchmark RF performance across vendors and recommend optimization initiatives • Develop spectrum refarming strategies to maximize efficiency and customer experience • Forecast network growth and capacity requirements based on traffic and subscriber trends • Conduct technical impact assessments for modernization and investment programs • Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for senior management • Drive improvements in OOKLA/OpenSignal rankings and collaborate with E2E teams to resolve major network issues 🧠 Requirements: • Strong expertise in RF Planning & Optimization for LTE and 5G networks • Deep knowledge of 5G NSA/SA, VoLTE, VoNR, mobility optimization, and spectrum management • Hands-on experience with CEM, Discovery, crowdsourced analytics, and E2E trace analysis • Experience in RF benchmarking, capacity planning, and network performance improvement • Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to communicate technical strategies to executive leadership 📩 Apply now: omniaelshamy@sis.net.sa
