Russia will withhold the gas Europe needs because they are arming Ukraine, its going to be rough. There's over 100k troops on the border, they wouldn't do that and spend all that time and money if they weren't going to start something They've already been slowly chipping away at it for 8 years and have already annexed Crimea. I don't think US troops will be fighting though. Most the US will do is send them weapons to avoid a full blown WW3. But it will still effect the US in some ways and Europe in a huge way. Good chance if the conflict kicks off there will be energy rationing through out Europe. I think when this war with Russia starts the media will paint conspitards and WN as Russian simps and traitors etc. And a war in Europe will effect the prices in the US as well most likely. This will not impact the west like a typical middle eastern conflict, it'll be much bigger.
