"Can" so'zini noto'g'ri tallaffuz qilganman. Amerika aksentida "Can" va "Can't" so'zlari biroz chalkash talaffuz qilinadi. "Can" qisqarib "kn" deb tallaffuz qilinadi, yani "a" shvaga aylanadi. "Can't" esa "ken" deb tallaffuz qilinadi. "t" tushirib qolinadi. E'tibor bering, "can't" ni o'zi "can not" ni qisqartirilgani, uni yana ham qisqartirib talaffuz qilishadi amarikaliklar.
