👍एग्जाम टिप्स : एनडीए-सीडीएस 2024 रिवीजन किताबों से नहीं, बल्कि खुद के बनाए गए नोट्स से करें : संदीप गुप्ता डीडीए निदेशक ने छात्रों को दिए एग्जाम से पहले महत्वपूर्ण टिप्स देहरादून। संदीप सर दून डिफेंस एकेडमी के निदेशक संदीप गुप्ता ने एग्जाम से पहले छात्रों को महत्पूर्ण टिप्स देते हुए कहा कि यूपीएससी द्वारा 01 सितंबर 2024 को एनडीए व सीडीएस की लिखित परीक्षा आयोजित करने जा रहा है। उम्मीदवारों के पास अब केवल 22 दिन का ही समय बचा है। अगर आप भी इस परीक्षा में सफल होना चाहते हैं, तो आपको इन बचे हुए दिनों में विशेष ध्यान देने की जरूरत है। आप शांत और एकाग्र मन से परीक्षा के दिन की एक बेहतर रणनीति बनाकर इस परीक्षा में सफल हो सकते हैं। 👍 क्विक रिवीजन फोकस विषयों को आपस में जोड़कर करें रिवीजन इन दो दिनों में आपका पूरा फोकस क्विक रिवीजन पर होना चाहिए। रिवीजन किताबों से नहीं, बल्कि तैयारी के दौरान बनाए गए खुद के नोट्स से करें। रिवीजन के लिए पहले आसान और छोटे विषयों को चुनें, जिनसे परीक्षा में कई प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं और इन्हें आसानी से हल भी किया जा सकता है। साथ ही छोटे और बड़े विषयों को जोड़कर पढ़ने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें। ऐसा करने से आप विषयों की अवधारणाओं को आपस में जोड़ पाएंगे। 👍 परीक्षा में जाने से पहले आपको परीक्षा में जाने से पहले ही आपको परीक्षा से जुड़े सभी जरूरी दस्तावेज जैसे एडमिट कार्ड, पेन, पहचान पत्र, आदि को रख लेना चाहिए। साथ ही आपको एक बार अपना परीक्षा केंद्र भी देख लेना चाहिए। इससे आपको सही मार्ग, ट्रैफिक और परीक्षा केंद्र तक पहुंचने में लगने वाले समय का सही अनुमान लग पाएगा। एडमिट कार्ड पर बताए गए समय स्लॉट से आधे घंटे पहले एग्जाम सेंटर पर पहुंच जाएं। 👍 पर्याप्त नींद है जरूरी परीक्षा के अंतिम दिनों में छात्रों को यह महसूस होता है। कि उन्होंने जो कुछ पढ़ा था, वह भूल गए हैं और घबराने लगते हैं। पिछले कुछ दिनों में पढ़ी गई हर चीज को दोहराना मानवीय रूप से संभव नहीं है। इसलिए, परीक्षा के अंतिम दस से बारह घंटे कुछ भी न पढ़ें। यदि ऐसा करना संभव नहीं है, तो केवल महत्वपूर्ण तथ्यों को एक सरसरी निगाह से देख लें कम से कम सात से आठ घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें। 👍 एग्जाम हॉल की हो विशेष रणनीति किसी भी अन्य परीक्षा की तरह एनडीए व सीडीएस की परीक्षा में भी समय प्रबंधन महत्वपूर्ण है। कुछ प्रश्न ऐसे होते हैं, जो लंबे होते हैं और कभी-कभी ऐसे प्रश्नों का कोई सीधा उत्तर नहीं होता है। इसलिए ऐसे प्रश्नों का उत्तर देने के लिए पिछले पढ़े गए विभिन्न विषयों के पहलुओं को समेकित और सह-संबंधित करें। कुछ प्रश्न केस स्टडी पर आधारित होते हैं, जिन्हें हल करने में काफी समय लगता है। इसलिए छात्रों को पहले छोटे और ऐसे प्रश्नों को हल करना चाहिए, जिनका उत्तर कम समय में आसानी से दिया जा सके। लंबे और कठिन प्रश्नों का उत्तर अंत में देने का प्रयास करें। तनाव बिल्कुल न लें और अपनी मेहनत पर भरोसा करें सफलता जरूर मिलेगी।

FREE MEDICAL CHECK UP CONDUCTED AT SANDEEP SIR’S DDA IN COLLABORATION WITH HEALING TOUCH HOSPITAL DR. SHASHANK MITTAL -ORTHOPAEDIC WILL CONDUCT THE MEDICAL CHECK UP AND DIAGNOSIS On the occasion of the Independence day celebrated at S andeep Sir’s DDA on 15TH August 2024, Sandeep Sir’s DDA has organized a free medical check-up for the underprivileged sections of the society to allow them to reflect on their pains and problems. The free medical check up will start at 9 am sharp at Sandeep Sir’s DDA head office and the medical check up will take place under the supervision of Dr. Shashank Mittal the orthopaedic. He will have a team of medical professionals to help him conduct the free medical check up. Anyone who has a health issue and is going through chronic problems should take good advantage of the opportunity coming their way. No fees is charged from any person irrespective of his age or social echelon. All are informed to reach within the stipulated time duration so that the medical check up can be conducted. All the equipment is sterilized and then provided. No lapse of any kind in terms of negligence by the medical team will take place and all the medical equipment used will be sterile. A team of medical professionals will manage and organize the activities of the drive when the visitors will come to visit the doctor.

21ST BLOOD DONATION CAMPAIGN ORGANIZED AT SANDEEP SIR’S DDA ON 15TH AUGUST 2024 BLOOD RECIPENTS NEED BLOOD DESPEPATELY -DONATE BLOOD GENEROUSLY TO EARN THE GOOD WISHES OF THE DOWNTRODDEN AND THE HELPLESS To mark and observe the momentous occasion of the Independence day on 15th August 2024 along with the 20th Anniversary of Sandeep Sir’s DDA, a blood donation campaign is being organized by Sandeep Sir’s DDA in collaboration with Shri Mahant Indresh Hospital on 15th August at Sandeep Sir’s Head office located at Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun and the campaign will start from 9 am onwards. The 21st Blood donation drive will be conducted in a very hygienic and systematic manner by a team of medical experts coming from Mahant Indresh Hospital on 15th August 2024. Sterile equipment and syringe will be used in the process to avoid any health issue. Sandeep Sir the DDA director will inaugurate the event by donating his blood. Many delegates and dignitaries are expected to come and visit the campaign. The drive has a noble mission to provide a support mechanism to the blood banks which need blood from time to time to provide medical assistance to the patients who are in dire need of blood. All the DDA staff, faculty members and DDA diamonds will donate their blood to make this campaign a success.

He just has to appear for his medical examination to join the Air Force ground duty. Rajveer who passed classes 11th and 12th from Foundation Wing of Sandeep Sir’s DDA appeared for his NDA two times. He did not clear the NDA written exam last year but this time, he qualified the NDA written exam after months of extensive preparation. After qualifying the NDA written exam, he got through the SSB interview as well. Sandeep Sir’s Doon Defence Academy is an institute where all the faculty members are subject experts who work extremely hard with the students to help them qualify the Defence competitive exams.
