डीडीए में गणपति बप्पा मोरया के उद्घोष के साथ विराजे गजानन 31 अगस्त को गणपति की विदाई कर किया जाएगा विसर्जन एनडीए-सीडीएस एग्जाम में सफलता के लिए माँगा आशीर्वाद देहरादून। संदीप सर दून डिफेंस एकेडमी में गणपति बप्पा मोरया के उद्घोष के साथ विराजे गजानन। डीडीए में पांच दिन चलने वाले गणेश महोत्सव कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए निदेशक संदीप गुप्ता ने गणपति से सभी के लिए आशीर्वाद मांगते हुए कहा कि विघ्नहर्ता भगवान श्री गणेश के पावन पर्व गणेश चतुर्थी की अनन्त बधाई एवं शुभकामनाएं और भगवान श्री गणेश हम सभी के जीवन से विघ्नों को हर कर अपनी असीम कृपा प्रदान करें। साथ ही उन्होंने 14 सितंबर को होने वाले एनडीए व सीडीएस एग्जाम में सफलता के आशीर्वाद भी मांगा। पंडित सुनील ममगाईं के द्वारा डीडीए निदेशक संदीप गुप्ता के हाथों पूजा-अर्चना व आरती कराने के साथ भगवान गणेश का श्रृंगार भी कराया गया। 31 अगस्त रविवार को गणपति की विदाई कर मालदेवता में विसर्जन किया जाएगा। इस मौके पर फॉउंडेशन कोर्स प्रथम पग के कैडेट्स मीत शर्मा, वैष्णवी, योगेश कुमार, रेहान मंडल, पारस व पावनी शुक्ला ने अपनी प्रस्तुति दी।   इस मौके पर डीडीए की उपनिदेशक दिव्या गुप्ता, कमांडेंट कर्नल सुधीर वर्मा (सेनि), सेंटर हेड उमेश कुनियाल, एकेडमिक हेड उदय मेहरा, एसडीओ महावीर रावत, पीआरओ अनिल रावत, प्रथम पग के प्रधानाचार्य एसके आर्य के साथ समस्त फेकल्टी, स्टाफ व छात्र उपस्थित रहे।  👉क्या मनाते हैं गणेश चतुर्थी गणेश विसर्जन का इतिहास गणेश चतुर्थी उत्सव से जुड़ा है। माना जाता है कि वेद व्यास जी ने महाभारत गणेश जी को सुनाया था और 10 दिनों तक लगातार सुनाते रहे। जब 10 दिन बाद वेद व्यास जी ने अपनी आंखें खोलीं, तो उन्होंने देखा कि गणेश जी का शरीर बहुत गर्म हो गया है। तब, गणेश जी को शीतल करने के लिए उन्हें जल में विसर्जित किया गया। तभी से, गणेश विसर्जन की प्रथा चली आ रही है। गणेश विसर्जन के पीछे एक और पौराणिक कथा है। कुछ लोगों का मानना है कि गणेश जी दक्षिण में अपने भाई कार्तिकेय के यहां कुछ दिनों के लिए गए थे और वहां सबका मन मोह लिया। 10 दिन बाद जब वे अपने धाम के लिए विदा हुए, तो सभी बहुत भावुक हो गए और अगले साल फिर से आने का न्योता दिया। “Ganpati Bappa Morya” Echoes as Lord Ganesha is Welcomed at DDA Immersion to be held on 31st August | Blessings sought for NDA-CDS Exam Success Dehradun: With resounding chants of “Ganpati Bappa Morya”, Lord Ganesha was gracefully welcomed at Doon Defence Academy. Marking the beginning of the five-day Ganesh Mahotsav, DDA Director Mr. Sandeep Gupta invoked the blessings of Vighnaharta for all and extended heartfelt greetings on the sacred occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. He prayed that Lord Ganesha may remove all obstacles from life and shower infinite grace, while also seeking divine blessings for the success of aspirants appearing in the upcoming NDA and CDS examinations on 14th September. The rituals of pooja, aarti, and the ceremonial adornment of Lord Ganesha were performed by Pandit Sunil Mamgain under the guidance of Mr. Sandeep Gupta. The grand immersion ceremony will take place on 31st August (Sunday) at Maldevta, marking the farewell of Lord Ganesha. On this auspicious occasion, cadets of the Foundation Course Pratham Pag – Meet Sharma, Vaishnavi, Yogesh Kumar, Rehan Mandal, Paras, and Pawani Shukla – presented soulful performances. The event was graced by Deputy Director Mrs. Divya Gupta, Commandant Col. Sudhir Verma (Retd.), Centre Head Mr. Umesh Kuniyal, Academic Head Mr. Uday Mehra, SDO Mr. Mahavir Rawat, PRO Mr. Anil Rawat, Principal of Pratham Pag Mr. S.K. Arya, along with the entire faculty, staff, and cadets of DDA. Why Ganesh Chaturthi is Celebrated The tradition of Ganesh Visarjan is deeply rooted in mythology. It is believed that Sage Ved Vyas narrated the Mahabharata to Lord Ganesha continuously for ten days. When the recitation ended, Ganesha’s body had become intensely heated. To cool Him down, He was immersed in water, which led to the custom of Ganesh Visarjan. Another legend says that Lord Ganesha once visited His brother Kartikeya in the South and enchanted everyone with His presence. After ten days, when He departed for His abode, the people, overwhelmed with emotions, invited Him to return every year — giving rise to the tradition of annual celebrations.
