He is Allāh - there is no god worthy of worship except Him: Knower of the seen and unseen.
He is the Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. He is Allāh - there is no god except Him: the King, the Most Holy, the All-Perfect, the Source of Serenity, the Watcher of all, the Almighty, the Supreme in Might, the Majestic. Glorified is Allāh far above what they associate with Him in worship!
He is Allāh: the Creator, the Inventor, the Shaper. He alone has the Most Beautiful Names. Whatever is in the heavens and the earth constantly glorifies Him. And He is the Almighty, All-Wise.

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has fined Sri Lankan footballer Mohamed Thilham USD 2,000 for displaying a message in support of Palestine during an international fixture in Colombo.
The incident occurred on 10 June, following the AFC Asian Cup qualifying match between Sri Lanka and Chinese Taipei. Thilham’s gesture, while considered a breach of international football regulations, was reviewed by the AFC after receiving a formal explanation.
Sri Lanka Football President Jaswar Umar confirmed that mitigating circumstances helped reduce what could have been a more severe penalty. As a result, Thilham was handed a USD 2,000 fine instead of facing harsher sanctions.
He has been given a one-month window to pay the fine, with reports indicating at least two weeks still remaining to do so.

An investigation by the BBC World Service has uncovered evidence of more than 160 cases in which children were shot by Israeli forces in Gaza. In 95 of those cases, the children were shot in the head or chest.
The investigation found that most of the victims were under the age of 12, highlighting the extreme vulnerability of Gaza’s youngest residents during the ongoing conflict.
These documented cases span from the initial weeks of the ongoing genocide up to July of this year, painting a devastating picture of the toll the violence has taken on Palestinian children.
"Some of the cases we looked at like children were allegedly shot while fleeing battle zones, but many others were shot while playing outside their tents in humanitarian zones and some in areas the IDF themselves had marked as evacuation corridors," the investigation said.
The findings raise serious concerns about the use of force and the lack of protection for civilians in one of the world’s most densely populated and besieged areas.

“If any servant of Allāh who suffers a calamity says, what Allāh has commanded him:
’Innā Li-llāhi Wa ʾInnā Ilay-hi Rājiʿūn Allāhumma ājirnī fī muṣībatī wa-khlif lī khayran minhā’.
Allāh will give him reward for affliction, and would give him something better than it in exchange.”
She (ʾUmm Salamah رضي الله عنها) said: “When Abū Salama رضي الله عنه died. I uttered (these very words) as I was commanded to do by the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ. So Allāh gave me better in exchange than him. (I was taken as the wife of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ).”

Narrated Shaddād ibn Aws رضي الله عنه: The Prophet (ﷺ) said "The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allāh is:
اللهم أنت ربي، لا إله إلا أنت ، خلقتني وأنا عبدك، وأنا على عهدك ووعدك ما استطعت أعوذ بك من شر ما صنعت أبوء لك بنعمتك علي، وأبوء بذنبي، فاغفر لي فإنه لا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت
The Prophet (ﷺ) added. "If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, he will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, he will be from the people of Paradise."

Transliteration: Allāhumma anta rabbī, lā ilāha illā anta, khalaqtanī wa-anā ʿabduka, wa-anā ʿalā ʿahdika wa-waʿdika mā’istaṭaʿtu, aʿūdhu bika min sharri mā ṣanaʿtu abūʾu laka bi-niʿmatika ʿalayy, wa-abūʾu laka bidhanbī, fa’ighfir lī fa-innahu lā yaghfir al-dhunūba illā ant
Translation: O Allāh, You are my Lord, there is no God but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise (to honour it) as best as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil that I have committed. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for surely none can forgive sins but You.

Police in Pakistan have arrested a man after CCTV footage showing him assaulting a young girl riding a tricycle in an alleyway went viral online.
The incident took place in Kasur, Punjab, and was captured on camera. The footage shows the man approaching a six-year-old girl, forcefully grabbing and assaulting her before casually walking away.
Following the video's circulation on social media, police announced that the suspect had been apprehended in an injured condition. According to reports, he pulled out a pistol in an attempt to evade arrest. However, during an exchange of fire with police, he was shot and subsequently taken into custody.
The case has reignited long-standing concerns about child safety and justice in Pakistan, with many demanding swift punishment and stronger protections for vulnerable children.

36 year-old Didarul Islam, a Bangladeshi Muslim immigrant who served as a police officer in the NYPD was among four people killed after a gunman wielding an assault rifle stormed a skyscraper in the heart of New York City.
Three civilians, two male and one female, were also killed and another man is in a critical condition.
Suspected lone gunman Shane Tamura, a 27-year-old from Nevada, also died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

🚨 Joseph Czuba, a 73-year-old landlord from Illinois was sentenced to 53 years in prison for the brutal murder of six-year-old Palestinian American boy Wadee Alfayoumi and the attempted murder of the boy’s mother, Hanan Shaheen.
Czuba targeted them in October 2023 because of their Islamic faith and as a response to the ongoing genocide by Israel in Gaza.
Czuba died on Thursday in the custody of the Illinois corrections department. The cause of death hasn’t been determined, but Czuba had stage 4 cancer, according to his attorney.
