ℹ We've been on a bugfixing rampage for the API, and we're happy to say we've squashed most bugs we've found! If you were having issues, please try again after following the steps in this post. Also, please note old versions are not supported whatsoever. Please download the latest version before reporting bugs. If you're still having issues, please join this chat and report it there and wait for further instructions. We welcome your bug reports and suggestions! Thanks for hanging in there with us. It's been a bumpy ride!

A little explanation: We're sure you've all noticed our, admittedly, atrocious track record when it comes to fixing bugs. The biggest issue is, we usually can't reproduce on our test devices, and getting people to send us their logs is time consuming, and people won't always do it, instead just leaving a "plz fix doesn't works" in our chat. We want to change that, but we need to know what's going wrong for who when, and that requires a better solution than when we have currently. We'd like to emphasize that this would not contain any personally identifiable information (PII), nor would it contain things like list of apps, any other apps' data, device identifiers, or anything like that, and would mostly consist of error and install logs. In addition, we would provide a standard opt out mechanism. In the end, this has the potential to improve things for everyone. We also haven't decided on anything concrete, this is just gathering feedback.

⚠ We're investigating increased levels of error rates from our API. Before reporting any error, please check this message and follow the steps outlined. Please bear with us, and we'll release information as we have it available to us!

ℹ Whoops, look like we done goofed! There was a bug introduced about two days ago that caused credentials to be invalidated incorrectly for our API. The good news is, we've fixed it, but it requires manual action from you to fix it completely! For our modules: Delete the /sdcard/.androidacy (make sure your file manager is set to show hidden files and folders) folder and reinstall. For our website: Clear website data for our website. Note that if you weren't effected, these steps aren't necessary, and it only ever effected guest accounts.
