News: Bajaj Auto has announced its largest-ever buyback worth around ₹5,633 crore at ₹12,000 per share, nearly a 20% premium to the market price at the time of announcement. My Take: At first glance, a 20% premium naturally grabs attention. But I don’t think the premium alone should drive the decision. What stands out to me is that the company is returning a significant amount of cash to shareholders while continuing to invest in EVs and exports. That usually reflects confidence in the underlying business and future cash generation. Having said that, this is a tender offer not an open market purchase. Acceptance isn’t guaranteed for every shareholder, and the tax implications can also be different from a normal market sale. If someone has a long-term investment thesis on Bajaj Auto’s EV and export journey, it’s worth evaluating whether a one-time premium aligns better with their goals than staying invested. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer the right decision depends on your investment horizon, expected acceptance ratio, and tax situation.

Ab ap company ka sales procedure kess dekoge ki kitne aggressive h wo sales k liye. For example: Kabhi raymond store jana wha sales executive ka behaviour dekna.. Ekdum professional, koi chindigiri nhi krte. Wo sale ese krte h jaise brand hi own krte h. Whi dusri brand stores p ap jate ho wha apko ese quality of sales professionals rarely milege jo relationship build kre apne client k sath. Sath hi wo apko buttering nhi krege . Kapde ki quality ke baare m btayege. Or mostly har raymond store owner ka khudka youtube channel hota h jaha wo videos bnake brand promotion kr rhe hote h.. Aisi sales dedication apko market m rarely B2C category m milegi. M not saying raymond m invest kro. Unki sales growth kmm hi h because textile industry kaafi mature industry h.
