برای اینکه رنج آیپی یک کشور خاص توی کلش تانل نشده جلوی GeoIp مخفف اسم کشور رو میزنیم مثلا اینجا آبپی های چین رو میخوایم تانل نکنه (نیازی به اضافه کردن Cidr و آیپی رنج نیست ) :)
