The Company is looking for a Senior Treasury professional with ~10-15 years of experience in corporate treasury / private sector / multinational banks to help it during this exciting growth journey. The role requires mainly (a) raising long term and short term debt from banks, (b) raising CPs and NCDs from investors, (c) negotiating documents with lenders / investors, (d) building and maintaining relationships with banks and investors, (e) monitoring ongoing compliances / other requirements of banks / investors, and (f) dealing with credit rating agencies.
