The DNC just caught circumventing the Constitution and conspiring with Big Tech to censor the truth, to interfere in an election, and cover up crimes carried out by the Biden family via Hunter. Ummmmm this is TREASON!

When you're drunk at a party, you can't really tell that others are drunk too because everyone seems "normal". But when you're sober at a party, you clearly see the drunks. Being awake is something like this.

Embodiment means that we are able to feel how it feels to be in the body and to be fully conscious of those feelings, taking care to notice recurring patterns of thoughts, beliefs, behaviors, that may be disempowering and limiting. Only when we truly become aware of these patterns and their influence over us, can we change them. Pay attention to your reactions in your body, they reveal places where you still hold trauma suppressed from yourself and others out of fear. Be willing to face what it is that you may be hiding and attempt to describe it clearly to yourself so you can understand how to overcome the fear that feeds it.
