Altar at heart
Your love was like the sun's dawn
brightening over our lives
scattering away the darkness.
Your smile was like the day's sun,
keepin' us all warm.

booming, on the altar of the heart.

commanding yet soothing,

To have a break from mental health is as simple, giving a pat to an animal.
They are gentle souls and give love an attention you crave for.
If it's not a dog, maybe a cat or a bird. They understand more that you realise.
So if your having a bad day go out and find an animal and give it some of your attention.
You will smile about it for your mental health.
