St. Mary's University, in partnership with Social Enterprise Ethiopia funded by the US Embassy's Public Affairs Section, hosted the first lecture of its series with Michael Schuman, esteemed economist, attorney, author, entrepreneur, and community economist focused on "The Power of Social Enterprise" on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at the Multipurpose Hall. His lecture and the discussion highlighted the potential of social enterprises to create positive social and economic impact in the country.
