pseudogoat اسمه الثاني calcium pyrophosphate dihydrate crystal deposition disease CPPD more common in elderly,risk factor for pseudogoat is age and osteoarthritis and if come in young age فالأنسب to consider some diseases (like primary hyper parathyroidism ,hemochromatosis). payhophysiology:poorly understood, in OA,thought to be reduction in the amounts of proteoglycan (naturel inhibitor of crystal formation) clinical picture:it’s inflammatory joint disease,swollen,tender & erythematous joint plus fever,knee most commonly affected asymmetrical & could be mono ,oligo or polyarthritis .trigger factor ممكن نلگة بالهستري like (surgery ,trauma ) اهم الأمراض لازم نفرقهم الseptic arthritis اول شي وبعدها ال gout هاي في حال CPPD كانت acute واجتنا ب attack بس ممكن تكون chronic عندهم chronic pain ,early morning stiffness, وممكن تصير superimposed acute attack. ممكن 2,3 MPJ affected من ضمن ddx بهالحالة هو RA Dx احسن شي joint aspiration اللي من خلاله نميزه عن الgout بس اهم شيء لازم نسوي gram stain& culture to exclude septic arthritis قبل كل شي مهمة حتى لو CPPD crystals are identified لان ممكن coexist وهو اهم واخطر شي لمن يجيinflammatory asymmetrical monoarthritis لازم نستبعد septic arthritis x-ray هم تفيدنا تبين calcification of fibrocartilage اذا كان موجود signs of OA frequently present اذا چان ال pt young لازم نبحث عن أمراض اخرى بالنسبة لل Mnx بالنسبة للattack intraarticular corricosteroid ,colchicine or NSAID اما chronic should be managed as for OA طبعاً اذا أمراض ثانية فحسب المرض

Clinical features of atrial fibrillation AF .

Left coronary artery give 2 branches : left circumflex artery LCA and left anterior descending LAD . In Wellen syndrome, there is stenosis of LAD artery, but LCA is normal . خاف ما واضحة، لأن سمعت الفويس شكلها ما واضح . يصير عدهم MI بعد 8 أيام (مو ٨ أسابيع)، اول شي حجيتها صح، بس اخر شي كلت بالغلط ٨ اسابيع سوري .
