To commence with, It is a time when young generation struggle to secure a good job let alone elderly people who need to earn. Job markets are becoming so competitive. To make matter worse, people aged 65 or above do not want to replace their position with their younger counterpart resulting in unemployment rate is kicking off these days. Another issue contributed by older adults is that famine and homelessness. Most of the government around the globe could not afford providing with enough food products - though some countries are specialized for agriculture- and shelters. Consequently, not only elder citizen have difficulty but they also cause to make dark days in youth`s life.

In the present day society, average life expectancy has risen significantly among people. Some argue that this leads to serious issues while others say people aged 65 or above bring several benefits for businesses, governments and communities because of the vast experience they have gained throughout life. Job shortages, food scarcity and lack of housing are main problems due to elderly people, but they play crucial role in preserving culture and traditions and guiding the younger generation with wisdom and moral values.

In the present day society, average life expectancy has risen among people leading to severe issues while others say people aging 65 or above have several benefits for business, government and community with their huge experience gained in life. Job vacancies as well as lack of food and housing are main problems due to seniors, but they play crucial role in saving culture and tradition and behave young generation though.
