Dear Students and Colleagues, I regret to inform you that due to deteriorating cold weather conditions affecting Uzbekistan next week and under the instructions from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the University will start Semester Two on the 18th January 2023, Wednesday (Teaching week 1). The University had previously scheduled week commencing the 20th March until the 24thMarch as a “Reflection” week during this Semester. This “Reflection” week will revert back to a teaching week. In addition, all classes that have been scheduled on the 16thJanuary (Monday) and 17thJanuary (Tuesday) in the revised week one schedule will be rescheduled to a later date during the semester. This will be communicated to you by the respective Dean of School in due course. Events and activities will either be rescheduled or cancelled up until Wednesday, 18thJanuary.
