A lot of things going on about Telegram Ban after @durov's Arrest. But what to expect and what to do? This is only for users who don't know much about how things work. 1. No charges are pressed yet, even if charges are pressed, it's not easy to just raid telegram servers and get the information. Telegram could be using some kind of security systems to avoid data breach incase servers are raided, they knew this could happen anytime as Durov already told, when they were in USA, US Agencies knocked their doors several times in a week. 2. Telegram HQ is in Dubai, Investigation is in France only, they couldn't even arrest him, if he wasn't in France. 3. Durov started this himself, he revealed himself by being active on Telegram Channel, On Air Interview etc, which means he already knew what could happen, so he must be ready as well. 4. Telegram servers are in 4 different DCs (DC3 doesn't exist as per some users or Could be test DC, I Don't know much about that.) 5. China and Russia already banned Telegram years ago. If it gets banned in India, it's not a big deal, you can use any VPN, easiest way is using Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1, atleast for me. 6. People are getting alot of WhatsApp subscribers by using the Phobia of Telegram ban. While they should, as many don't know about VPNs or good VPNs and all. 7. Free Speech is a big matter and Telegram isn't a small thing, moreover, Telegram isn't just used by Bad People, but Good people and politicians also use Telegram for alot of purposes. 8. Don't worry about Telegram getting Ban, worry about Governments taking over Free Speech day by day and Support the digital resistance and fight against @durov's arrest. 9. Remember Aaron Swartz 10.
