Sep 19 (Sat) — RIDDLE-ORACLE "The Refiner's Fire and the Face in the Silver" A silversmith does not leave the furnace unwatched. He sits before it, eyes fixed on the molten metal, because there is only one sign that tells him the work is finished: the moment he can see his own FACE reflected clearly in the surface (Mal 3:3). The fire is not punishment — it is patient, watchful purification, and it ends the instant the reflection appears. This is the hidden shape of every hard season your marriage has walked through. 🔥🪞 Consider the riddle folded into the metal: silver does not become pure by escaping the fire, but by staying in it long enough for the dross to rise and be skimmed away. Every conflict you've survived, every long night of hard conversation, every season where love felt more like labor than delight — this was never proof that your marriage was failing. It may have been proof that the Refiner was still seated at the furnace, still watching, still patient enough to wait for the reflection. ⚱️ And here is the second riddle, quieter than the first: the silversmith never leaves.
