| 2 | Kubernetes looks like an enterprise tool — multi-node clusters, pod scheduling, networking layers. For individual developers, the cost of running a real cluster on AWS, Azure, or GCP is often too high to justify just learning.
Varnit Goyal tried Minikube and Docker Desktop but found them too stripped-down. He wanted the whole experience — multiple nodes, real scheduling, a real network layer — without the enterprise price tag.
That search led him to run a complete Kubernetes cluster for $2.16/month.

| 3 | Kubernetes production readiness checklist is a free, open checklist for taking applications to production on Kubernetes, covering app design, manifests, security, scaling and going live.

| 4 | This tutorial shows how two in-cluster services can authenticate each other with Service Account tokens and the TokenReview API, then makes it safer with audience-bound projected tokens.

| 5 | This article explains how to benchmark LLM inference by replaying production agent traces to capture realistic session-level metrics and dependencies using OpenTelemetry Trace Replay for Inference Perf.

| 7 | What Kubernetes becomes over the next 10 years will depend on how it adapts to AI workloads and agentic applications.
Mauricio Salatino expects those changes to reshape the platform and raise the bar for developer tooling. He believes the future of Kubernetes will be defined by how easily teams can build and deploy these new (AI) workloads.

| 8 | This article explains what really happens when you run kubectl apply, and how server-side apply moves field ownership into the API server so Helm, Argo CD and HPAs hit conflicts.

| 9 | k is a small kubectl wrapper that lets you switch context, cluster, and namespace inline with short prefixes instead of typing out long flags every time.

| 10 | Kube Select is here. It tests one claim: more telemetry does not yield better decisions.
Henrik Rexed of Dynatrace joins hosts Salman Iqbal and Bart Farrell to test it.
You will learn:
- how service ownership gives telemetry incident context
- why proxy metrics can produce extreme data volume
- how AI agents run queries before human review

| 11 | This article explains how to use Kubernetes Custom Resource Definitions and the reconciliation loop to manage, scale, and monitor multiple concurrent AI coding agents.

| 12 | AI optimizing AI — that's what Andrew Hillier and the team at Kubex shipped at KubeCon.
The trend is clear: agentic management is coming to Kubernetes. Instead of static rules, AI analyzes your environment and optimizes GPU utilization dynamically. Combined with advances in DRA (Dynamic Resource Allocation) and Kubernetes 1.35 improvements, the ecosystem is finally getting the tools to solve GPU underutilization at scale.
These GPUs are expensive. Seeing them sit idle is painful. The tooling is catching up.

| 14 | Running Java on Kubernetes? CPU and memory limits affect much more than scheduling.
A 4 GiB heap requires a container larger than 4 GiB. Fractional CPU limits can also change the processor count that HotSpot sees.
In our new article, you will learn:
- Why JVM heap size and container memory are different boundaries
- How CPU limits affect garbage collection, worker pools, and application performance
- Which JVM and container metrics to collect when validating resource settings under load
The article also includes practical experiments and an interactive configuration calculator.

| 20 | Changing resources without restarts changes the trade-off in Kubernetes.
Roman Arcea explains how Vertical Pod Autoscaler and live pod resizing can make resource tuning less disruptive for running workloads.
