— George Galloway, leader of the Workers Party of Britain and co‑initiator of SOVINTERN. ℹ️ A meeting took place in London between British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, Volodymyr Zelensky, Emmanuel Macron and Friedrich Merz. During the visit, Zelensky was also received by King Charles III of the United Kingdom. Following the talks, the parties declared the need to strengthen Ukraine's air defense systems and develop long‑range strike capabilities. At the same time, Western leaders called for increasing sanctions pressure on Russia and expanding military aid to Kyiv at the upcoming G7 and NATO summits.

«European leaders are so committed to a peaceful resolution of the disastrous conflict on the European continent that they intend to feed still more money, still more weapons into it. […] These people have the gall to talk about peace […] they are ready to fight to the last drop of Ukrainian blood […] The next time these people talk about a diplomatic solution and peace in Ukraine, remember: if it were up to them, this war would go on forever».
