💡عندك خبر! الديلتيازيم(Diltiazem) الدواء المستخدم لعلاج ارتفاع ضغط الدم(hypertension). يُمكن ان يدخل في تركيب المراهم لعلاج الشق الشرجي حيث يعمل على ارخاء العضلات حول فتحة الشرج وزيادة تدفق الدم الى هذه المنطقة وبالتالي تسريع حدوث الشفاء👏

ttt of ascending aorta is urgent surgery but ttt of descending aorta is by drugs (antihypertensive ).

Sympathectomy is useful in case of Raynaud's disease but not useful in Raynaud's phenomenon Note:ttt of raynaud's phenomenon is by ttt o of the causes but the ttt of Raynaud's disease is avoid of cold, vasodilator drugs and sympathectomy

Rule in malignant surgery. Don not do surgical operation for cancer if metastasis occurs . Note: may be done if the operation is for palliative procedure in critical sites as trachea .

تذكر أن أفضل طريقة لإخراج شوكة او قطعة زجاج من جلدك هي بوضع قطعة ثلج في المكان المطلوب حتى يتخدر ويصبح مكان الجلد صلب قليلاً ثم اسحب بالملقط بسهولة .
