President, Veterinary council of India, New Delhi Subject: Request for consideration for ICAR PG Admission Eligibility. Sir, I am writing to request your kind consideration in the matter of MVSC PG counseling and admission for students who have recently appeared for the ICAR AIEEA PG 2023 NTA exam. Our group of BVSC &AH students is currently Pursuing internship which is about to be completed soon , which is scheduled to conclude in February 2024 & Few college like LUVAS in April We successfully cleared the ICAR PG AIEEA NTA exam and are eager to secure admission in the MVSC program. However, we currently face a significant hurdle as we are not being considered eligible for admission in a few universities due to non completion of degree in 2023. It is to be noted that session for B.V.SC. & A.H. begins from the month of September in most of the universities and our course duration is 5 and 1/2 years so technically it is not possible for our degree to be completed in the month of December. It is also to be noted that most of the students who have qualified for ICAR AIEEA PG exam are current internship students. Denying us eligibility for the admission process would result in the loss of an entire academic year, which would be a significant setback in our educational and career development. We kindly request that you grant special consideration to students like us who are in this particular situation. We seek permission to participate in the ICAR counseling and seat allotment event, and admission to all the universities without any hurdle. We are enthusiastic, dedicated, and committed to furthering our education and contributing to the veterinary sector. Allowing us this opportunity would greatly benefit our educational progress and future prospects. Your understanding and flexibility in this matter would be sincerely appreciated. We hope for a positive resolution and the chance to participate in the ICAR PG AIEEA 2023 counseling and securing admission in the premiere institutions.
