you don't need to search I got u if you don't know what Pavlovian response is 😌
A Pavlovian response, also known as classical conditioning, refers to a learning process first described by the Russian physiologist Ivan Pavlov. In his famous experiments with dogs, Pavlov discovered that he could condition the animals to salivate in response to a neutral stimulus (like a bell) when it was repeatedly paired with an unconditioned stimulus (like food).
In this context, the unconditioned stimulus (food) naturally elicits a response (salivation), while the neutral stimulus (bell) initially does not. After several pairings, the neutral stimulus becomes a conditioned stimulus that elicits the same response (salivation) even when presented alone.
In broader terms, a Pavlovian response can refer to any automatic or conditioned reaction to a stimulus based on past experiences. For example, if someone feels happy or excited upon seeing a person who previously gave them a memorable tip, this could be seen as a Pavlovian response, where the memory of the generous act triggers positive emotions.

Someone said that whenever we tip someone with a large amount of money—a memorable sum—and the next time we see that person, if they are excited to see us, we unconsciously create a Pavlovian response.
