Dear HHS: We reject the entire premise of any task force or executive order regarding “vaccine safety.” There is no such thing as a safe vaccine, period. And you know it. Why? Because it has been written into your own code for 40 years to provide a liability shield for manufacturers. The crime of the century: 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-22(b)(1) Those of us who have fought for transparency and accountability since before the global scam of 2020-2022 are not interested in beating around the bush, compromising, or accepting incremental change when it comes to the natural rights of parents and children not to inject foreign cell cultures, heavy metals and carcinogens. Whether it be recommendations, mandates, or any other attempt to deceive families into becoming lifelong customers of snake oil salesmen, we patently reject any claim that state or federal agencies have promulgated authority to push this racketeering scheme. You don’t. You never have. And never will. We take particular issue with your reference to “reactance, an anger-driven motivation to reassert restricted freedom, associated with reduced vaccination intentions and increased anti-policy activism.” What an insulting word salad for the common sense disgust that rational men and women felt for the tyrannical nonsense of “COVID-19.” Subsequently, you cite scholars arguing that “mandates, passports, and restrictions risked amplifying distrust and proving counterproductive, and urged a return to trust-based public health approaches.” This audaciously and absurdly implies that reputational damage to “health agencies” is more critical than the generational harm inflicted upon those who resisted them. We demand that you stop pathologizing our God-given rights, our faith, and our bodies. We demand that you stop aspiring to any “baseline levels of institutional trust.” We demand that you stop gaslighting us over your irredeemable loss of credibility. We demand that you stop glossing over the irreparable effect of your actions on us. We demand that you stop setting “uptake” as your goal instead of “back off.” There is no “restoring trust.” Repeal, do not reform the 1986 Vaccine Injury Act.

Appellate court judge didn’t want to acknowledge the effect of blatant coercion, negligence, and reckless disregard for natural rights, but shoutout to Sujata Gibson for doing an amazing job today. This is a pivotal case where a firefighter’s injury was confirmed, documented, and still brushed off by a city that shows zero regard for its frontline workers.
