We are happy to share the video of our offsite - our first international in-person meetup! Through Outtalent, our graduates supported each other on bad days, toasted to each other's victories on the good days and in the end, shared the same life-changing event. We believe this is the foundation of Outtalent, and one of the goals of the offsite was to celebrate it. At over 150 received offers, Outtalent has helped 70 people get jobs at companies they wanted to work at. We have 50+ fellows enrolled now, navigating the challenges of the current market, putting in the hours and never losing track of their goal. We hope having moments like this ahead can fuel their hard work. So many dreams had to converge so we could all meet in Cambridge, and we are so grateful they did. He worked at Google for 11 years in technical, business, and project management roles, including work on Search, YouTube, and Google X. Tilek is originally from Kyrgyzstan. Panel members: - Ana Ghidelli, Co-Founder & Founding Coach at Outtalent. She worked at Brazilian startups like iFood as well as conglomerates like BASF. Ana helped tens of people get jobs at big tech companies like Google, Meta, Amazon, and Microsoft. - Aliya Rysbek, Software Engineer at Google DeepMind. She is a graduate and a mentor at Outtalent and she helped multiple people get jobs and internships at Google & DeepMind. - Chukwuemeka "Emeka" Afigbo, Director of Developer Experience, Community & Support at Okta. He led developer relations programs for Africa and around the world at Google and Meta. - Babatunde Fashola, Senior Software Engineer at Twitter.
