PPI came in higher, another sign of inflation.
One more thing: gas prices usually fall during winter because of the seasonal fuel blend switch. But with prices surging recently, we might not see the usual winter drop this year.

Let's cover the market first.
As you can see, we had some unusual price movements around midnight, outside regular market hours, and price has now returned to the CPI data candle area.
At this point, we have two possible scenarios:
1️⃣ Recovery after liquidation: The market may have decided that the downside on XUSD is enough for now, with price potentially recovering after the recent liquidation.
2️⃣ Retest and continuation: Price may test the CPI data candle area before continuing lower.
We need to be prepared for both scenarios. And you already know the drill, this is going to be a risky day, so patience and confirmation are key.

On the political side:
Nothing significantly new so far, just a few signs pointing toward another round of escalation, this time with Mr. Good Boy, Israel.
In my opinion, Israel has more incentive to push things in this direction than Trump does, so I think the probability of further escalation is relatively high.
On the market side:
We've seen some moves, but overall, the higher timeframes have been ranging for days, even weeks.
