Capt. Leo Nicholas Vincent represents PIL as Head of Centre for Maritime Efficiency (CME), piloting the company’s efforts in digitalisation enabled energy efficiency and operational decarbonisation. He works closely with fleet teams, seafarers, and technology partners to translate data, weather intelligence, and voyage optimisation into measurable fuel savings and emissions reductions. He is a Master Mariner with command experience, and is a certified Master Scuba Diver.
