В АРМАТОР мы стремимся выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с моряками, остаёмся на связи в течение контракта и помогаем решать вопросы, возникающие как на берегу, так и в море. Какие возможности и услуги доступны нашим морякам? 📄 ДОКУМЕНТЫ И ПОДТВЕРЖДЕНИЕ СТАЖА Помогаем с оформлением необходимых документов: • Подтверждение стажа работы на судне и плавательного стажа на основании имеющихся документов. • Подготовка представлений для оформления удостоверения личности моряка (УЛМ). • Подготовка представлений для оформления мореходной книжки. • Предоставление справок о трудоустройстве и доходах для банков, в том числе при оформлении кредита или ипотеки. 💳 УДОБНОЕ ПОЛУЧЕНИЕ ЗАРАБОТНОЙ ПЛАТЫ АРМАТОР также выступает платёжным агентом, обеспечивая возможность перечисления заработной платы от иностранных судовладельцев на рублёвые счета в российских банках. Это позволяет нашим морякам получать заработанные средства в привычной валюте без необходимости самостоятельно организовывать международные переводы. 🛡 СОДЕЙСТВИЕ В ЗАЩИТЕ ПРАВ И ИНТЕРЕСОВ МОРЯКОВ Мы понимаем, что во время работы на судне могут возникать непростые ситуации: • Разногласия с судовладельцем по условиям контракта. • Спорные или неправомерные требования на борту. • Вопросы соблюдения трудовых прав и положений международной Конвенции MLC 2006. • Сложности с выплатой заработной платы и исполнением контрактных обязательств. В подобных случаях мы готовы рассматривать обращения моряков, содействовать взаимодействию с судовладельцами и помогать в поиске возможных путей урегулирования ситуации.
