one thing i'll always hold on to is that love should be fun. there are ups and downs, sure, but i don't think love should suck the life out of you. instead, it should fill you with life, giving you more reasons to want to live well.

one of the main reasons i’m so gentle with myself is cause i believe i’ve already experienced enough hardship in my life. i’ve already been mishandled and undervalued by others and myself at times. so i deserve more patience, forgiveness, and consideration at this point.

Never forget that you are the main data center. Drink water, and consume as much literature as possible.

just a gentle reminder: don’t keep people around as an option while you figure out what you want. no one deserves to be a backup plan or a second choice. if you care about someone, be honest with them and don’t waste their time. :_) everyone deserves to be chosen wholeheartedly.

I used to be a people pleaser and then I realized I never got anything I actually wanted and that my relationships were based on mutual unspoken resentment. So I pivoted to a life of asking for what I want and being seen as an often disagreeable and difficult woman. Much better
