The first episode of JoJo steel ball run was good overall. :) there were a couple of missing chapters and moments that added more context to character arcs but the anime holds up for what it is. The Good: I'm happy that Diego's theme is Dios theme from part 3 but in a remix style, it's good to hear Dios theme again after so many years. You can hear Dios time stop sound effect which is amazing haha. The Bad: I'm so sad we didn't get to see Sandman's sister or the devils canyon to see Gyro's imprints on the canyon walls suggesting that he was practicing the spin before the steel ball run race. There was also missing moments involving Johnny's past with his fame and getting women left and right, basically emphasizing his growth into being an egomaniac before the accident. The Ugly: WHERE THE FUCK IS HEY-YA? No I'm dead serious, where's Hey-Ya? Hey-Ya is supposed to appear to tell Poco Loco how much of a lucky guy he is and tells him to lean more left to ride the cow carcass downhill. [Continued]
