01 A follower just tipped me off to this nugget. The U.K. (and likely many other jurisdictions) are about to simultaneously pull the rug on all Citizens of all Western nations indoctrinated into the "wokeisms" where we'll all wake up on a Monday morning and most people will be destitute, dead broke; having relied on the system, it eventually succumbed due to a lack of watering and the most basic of nurturing. 17 I've been warning people to exit the financial system. The retirement scheme is far more than what many people are willing to bear. Based on what I see, I'm not sure of a mechanism or process as to how they would undo everything where retirement accounts don't take a haircut or loss under a dollar collapse, particularly a hyperinflationary event. Most accounts require you to take a Fiat distribution. Personally, it took me 4 years to entirely exit the 401(k)/IRA retirement system, and I'll admit some of you might not have that option for different reasons; a spouse who simply can't comprehend anything outside the small box we've all been placed under, or maybe you have a pension without a lump sum option, or maybe you still work for the employer and have no access. I think we'll all have skin in the game that we will lose post-reset. But the point is that for every ounce of physical Silver you own, that will undo significantly more than what we can all realize. Some like Rafi Farber say that 100 oz will buy you a three-bedroom house in a suburb. If that's the case, it won't really matter what you would have saved up in the old system with just 100 oz of Silver. You'll likely need more to survive up to that point, but everyone can be prepared in other ways as well.

I recently talked to a home inspector. This person was saying that a good amount of real estate agents have left the business because of low number of listings and competition amongst buyers. The market is also changing rapidly with the recent ruling against the NAR on 6% commissions. Some current and former agents are even getting sued by clients who claim they were convinced to waive home inspections to "bring a more competitive offer to the table"! 👀 But what surprised me most is that this person said the number of home inspections has increased dramatically just in the last couple of weeks. Granted, it is the spring buying season. But this would be the first spring in many where home inspections are coming back. Many Home Inspectors from 2021 through today have retired or left the business after business dried up in 2021 with the trend of waving home inspections. In many states, it is a gargantuan task to become a Home Inspector. This is a tell-tale sign, a canary in the coal mine that the residential real…
