I know I shouldn't let my personal life affect how I communicate with buyers, especially of those who want updates of their items, since I haven't been getting to posting arrival proofs since my last batch of arrivals + I'm not active in posting GOs, and sometimes I don't even reply to messages for a good 3 weeks.
my mail runs went from twice a week, to becoming twice a month. couriers are getting booked 3 weeks after people have paid for 2nd+courier fees. updates on items are not as frequent as compared to 3 mths ago. I get your frustrations and I hear you and I'm sorry.
I'm currently taking a gap year for the sake of my mental health as I was having episodes of anxiety attacks during the period of my school internship, especially when I was being doxxed which raised an issue to my school/my intern company and that happened 1 month into my internship. 3 months ago, I was indirectly forced to move house and move all my belongings within less than a day, and this caused me to lose some of my buyers' items, the same day when I had 4-5 PO orders that arrived.
it's November and I feel more afraid than ever because not only my mental health is reaching the my breaking point, I still feel lost about what to do next after my gap year (difficulty finding job, uni applications etc.). I'm not seeking sympathy/pity, I do have close friends I can talk to/emotionally support me. I just felt there's a need for me to explain to all my buyers why I am taking so fucking long to give an update/pack arrivals. I genuinely feel terrible to the point it has screwed up my physical health also.
