We updated our Mother/Child Packages
- We added MassDM for all packages.
- For Current customers, MassDM will work when they renew their packages.
- For new customers, it is already included so when they buy, they will be able to send MassDM.
- Price same, results is much more then before now.

Restart can take time because you know more then 10k accounts on queu to start, our platform start them step by step. Dont click to Continue or Restart button several time, click one time and wait until process starts. It can take up 40 min maximum.
Our platform fully operational again, you must check your process and click to "Continue" or "Restart" button if they dont start themself automatically.
We updated our IP ranges and fixed our BGP problem on our network side. Sorry for inconvenience, thanks for understanding!
Problem is on IP assignation so, BGP side, and network side is already handling solution right now. Solution will take few hours, but no worries we will add losing time to all packages.
As you know Sharingtools uses own cabinet and network system for our platform. So it is not type of dedicated server, it is multiple servers at once with load balance system. Currently issue is happening on global ip announce system. Datacenter and us working on it.
We detect issue on IP assign and routing side of network.
We already reported issue for network side and we are waiting fix about ip addresses. This issue not on our server side or software side, it is caused at network side.

Dear M/C customers, you wanted, we worked hard and soon we will add MassDM for our M/C packages.
MassDM count will be relate with related pack price and size.
MC10 Package for example we will send 100k MassDM at first day, meanwhile we will prepare child accounts and keep pushing your traffic to high. For MC100 we will send 1 MLN DM total.
In few day we will release this feature for our M/C package and we will announce it.
