ALLODIAL TITTLE
>
I have a couple of dear friends that lost their homes claiming Allodial title to their land.
>
I must admit I was one of those considering this theory as a defense, before I spent the time to research and understand the issue in historical perspective.
>
There are several issues at heart, but most importantly:
1) What is an allodial title, and
2) Who can hold an allodial tittle.
>
In brief, Allodial title was distinguished as property held absolutely and not subject to a feudal relationship.
>
Feudal relatinship is when you are permitted to use a land and pass it down as inheritance only while you pay tax on it and your “ownership” is held at the pleasure of the King. If you are out of favor with the King or stop paying tax, the land is taken away from you.
>
BEFORE America was colonized, Allodial titles were used in England. By default the King/Queen and him alone had an Allodial title to all lands, including the English colonies. In some occasions, but NOT often, the King would grant an Allodial title to his most trusted advisors and servants.
>
When the first Englishmen arrived in America, they had explicit orders to explore and colonize the continent, thus converting all its land to an Allodial title to the King. Therefore, the King was the holder of the Allodial title of the entire North American continent BEFORE the Declaration of Independence in 1776. This is in effect one of the reasons why in 1871 England was able to complete a de facto silent coup and take over the newly established Republic, because the new government was broke and didn’t have legal ownership of the land. This situation continues to this very day - all land is held in Allodial title by the King/Queen of the British Empire.
>
In 2013, the land of the US was sold to the UN, but Queen E II still held the Allodial title for the land.
>
Because of this legal situation dating before the formation of The United States, no Americans can hold an Allodial title to their land unless it is granted to them by the King/Queen. There is no legal avenue to obtain an Allodial title in the US, because there is no law that recognizes the existence of Allodial titles in the US.
>
There are a few different titles a land owner can obtain in the US, but it’s important to remember that NEITHER ONE gives the land owner full and clear ownership as described in Allodial title, for the only reason that all land in America is held in Allodial title by the King/Queen of the British Empire and belongs to an imminent domain, which was established with the continent’s colonization - which in effect makes land and home ownership the biggest scam in American history.
>
It is important for anyone who disagrees with my statement to research the subject really well before they risk losing their home by claiming an Allodial tittle. The entire land and people of the US have been hypothecated since the first declared bankruptcy of the Republic in the late 1800s and unless the British Empire releases the land and the people from hypothecation, no American can hold an Allodial title to their land, thus no laws that recognize it.
>
This problem can only be resolved in three ways:
1) international courts
2) military occupation/coup
3) combination of 1) and 2).
>
As far as I understand, whoever faction is claiming to be liberating the world has chosen to go with option 3) - military occupation/coup while resolving the issue in international courts. The US is not the only country in this situation - literally all countries of the world are in the same situation.
