[📢 OVPIA ANNOUNCEMENT: PHEx Extension for Undergraduate Students] This is to inform all DLSU Manila Undergraduate Students that the Periodic Health Examination (PHEx) has been extended from July 24 (Thursday) to August 5, 2025 (Monday to Friday only). This extension now covers all ID numbers. 📌 Starting July 22, 2025 at 8:00 AM, students may set their PHEx appointments via their My.LaSalle (MLS) account. 🏥 PHEx Venue shall be the Waldo Perfecto Seminar Room and the clinic extension located at the ground floor of the Br. Connon Hall 📋 Reminder: PHEx is a requirement under the Student Handbook and must be completed for medical clearance.
