👉 *IMPORTANT 131* 👈 *Heart and Down’s syndrome* You may find in Down’s syndrome: ASD VSD Mitral regurgitation Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 130* 👈 *Heart and Cushing’s syndrome* You may find in Cushing’s syndrome: Hypertension. Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 129* 👈 *Heart and Carcinoid syndrome* You may find in Carcinoid syndrome: Tricuspid regurgitation Pulmonary stenosis Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 128* 👈 *Heart and Behçet’s disease* You may find in Behçet’s disease : Aortic regurgitation Arterial and/or venous thrombi. Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 127* 👈 *Heart and Ankylosing Spondylitis* You may find in Ankylosing Spondylitis. Conduction defects AV block Aortic regurgitation. Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 126* 👈 *Heart and Acromegaly* You may find in Acromegaly High BP LVH Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy High-output cardiac failure Coronary artery disease. Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 125* 👈 *Some signs of Aortic Regurgitation* Collapsing (water-hammer) pulse Wide pulse pressure Displaced, hyperdynamic apex beat High-pitched early diastolic murmur (heard best in expiration, with patient sat forward) Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 124* 👈 *Aortic stenosis and sclerosis* Aortic sclerosis is a senile degeneration of the valve. There is an ejection systolic murmur, but no carotid radiation, and normal pulse (character and volume) and S2. Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 123* 👈 *Some signs of Aortic Stenosis:* Slow rising pulse with narrow pulse pressure Heaving, non-displaced apex beat LV heave Aortic thrill Ejection systolic murmur (radiates to the carotids) S1 is usually normal. As stenosis worsens, A2 is increasingly delayed, giving first a single S2 and then reversed splitting. But this sign is rare More common is a quiet A2. In severe AS, A2 may be inaudible (calcified valve). There may be an ejection click or an S4. Good luck.

👉 *IMPORTANT 122* 👈 *Some signs of Mitral Stenosis* Malar flush on cheeks low-volume pulse AF is common Tapping, non-displaced, apex beat palpable S1 RV heave loud S1 Opening snap Rumbling mid-diastolic murmur (heard best in expiration, with patient on left side) Good luck.

Here is the recording of today's session. Please try to listen the recording in 1 day as Zoom provides limited space and it automatically deletes the old recordings to keep space for new ones ..so the recording will not be available after 1 day☝️☝️☝️
