🌹14th Muharram - Blessed Birth of Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Baha’uddin Shah Naqshbandق Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm “Grandshaykh Shah Naqshbandق said that four times a year, the Barakah that comes upon him reaches all his mureeds. So it is something very special for us, the followers of Shah Naqshbandق, to seek the blessings that descend upon him. Mawlanaق said that so exalted is the status of Shah Naqshbandق that of the seven Jannahs in the skies, when we return to Allah on the Day of Judgment, as far as his eyes can reach on Yawm al-Qiyamah, that entire group of people will be under his Shafa'ah (intercession). According to Mawlana Shaykh Nazimق, through the intercession of Shah Naqshbandق alone, four of the seven Jannahs will be filled. We are the followers of Shah Naqshbandق in the Naqshbandi Way, chosen by Allah. We are nothing great, so do not be proud. In reality, we are among the worst of people. It is said that on the Day of Promises, all the Saints chose their followers, and from the group of people that was left behind, the Naqshbandi Saints took them and trained us all.  So we must be deeply grateful to Allah, for Shah Naqshbandق made this Du'a before Allah gave him this Way. Heق said, “I wish for a way that is the easiest for my people, for my mureeds. The easiest and shortest way for them to reach the Divine Presence.” Syukur to Allah, that He has placed us together on this journey, to seek companionship with Great Saints.“ - Almarhum Sheikh Abdul Sattar Khan (Taken from his Sohbah, ‘Muharram is Very Special to Us’) May we be with them in the Garden of Bliss for all eternity. Assalamu alaikum, 📌 Muharram & Safar Charity. Alhamdulillah, all funds collected for Muharram had been distributed. 1) $2792 to Sheikh Ibrahim for the Qurban of 3 goats for Day Of Asyura & also for Imamul Tariqah Shah Naqshband. 2) $1600 to SalaamGaza for 3 pots of rice for the refugees. 3) $1000 to Brother Ali for Friday food distributions in Nigeria. Attached is the video of the Qurban done on the Day of Asyura. For Month of Safar, as we know every month has an attribute & a specialty that Allah gave, Safar is a little heavier. However, our Holy Prophetﷺ says, Give good tidings of goodness, expect goodness & you shall find it, insyaAllah. When the Month of Safar enters, we were encouraged to do daily charity & recite daily the zikir for Safar. InsyaAllah it will pass in ease. The charity form for Safar is now opened. 🌹The Eve & Day of Ashura🌹 Bismi Llāhi r-Raḥmāni r-Raḥīm "In the month of Muḥarram, the Prophets reached their ranks or Prophethood was granted to them. Similarly, the ‘awliyā’ were given the ranks of sainthood on the day of ‘Āshūrā’, on the tenth of Muḥarram. On that day, there were many incidents... The most events have happened on this day; very beautiful events have happened." – Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Adilق The Day of Ashura is a very important day not to be missed, as it commemorates the Divine support, deliverance, and relief granted by Allah to many of His Prophets (AS) after periods of hardship and trial. In his recent sohbah, Mawlanaق reminded us that spending this blessed day in worship, duʿa and prayer is certainly for our benefit, both in this world and the Hereafter. InsyaAllah, the Day of Ashura will be on Thursday, 25th June 2026. Do note the Night of Ashura begins on Wednesday, 24th June 2026 after Maghrib, and should be spent wisely. ⚠️ Dates may vary from country to country depending on local moon sightings. Kindly follow your local authority where applicable. For simplicity and consistency, the dates mentioned here follow Mawlanaق's calendar. For us in Singapore, it will be a day later. 🌴 Wednesday, 24th June 2026 / 9 Muharram 1448H 🌟 Eve of Ashura Night of 10th Muharram. Mawlanaق advised that we should fast either on the 9th and 10th Muharram, the 10th and 11th Muharram, or from the 9th to the 11th Muharram. Tonight is the night preceding: • The Martyrdom of Imam Hussainر, beloved Grandson of Rasulullah ﷺ, and members of his Holy Family and Companions • Urs of Shaykh Abu al-Hassan al-Kharqaniق, the 7th Grandshaykh of the Golden Chain • Mawlid of Shaykh Ahmad al-Faruqi as-Sirhindiق, the 25th Grandshaykh of the Golden Chain After Asar, approximately one hour before Maghrib, it is recommended to recite the blessed names of the Martyrs of Karbala, connecting to them for their Madad and Himmah. We are also highly encouraged to spend the night in worship and vigil, as this is the Night of Ashura. 🌴 Thursday, 25th June 2026 / 10 Muharram 1448H 🌟 Day of Ashura Mawlana Shaykh Nazimق said: "Every time Muslims faced difficulties, Divine help would reach them in this holy month, especially the 10th of Muharram. This is a very important day. So many Heavenly blessings have reached the believers on the 10th of Muharram. It is a great blessing." On this day, we are highly encouraged to fast and increase our worship and good deeds. Make duʿa fervently for yourself, your loved ones, the Ummah of Rasulullah ﷺ, and our Shuyukh. As Mawlanaق reminded us, these holy days are among the times when duʿas are accepted. Therefore, we should make abundant duʿa, especially during these times of widespread calamities, illnesses, trials, and fitnah. Recommended Devotions for the Day of Ashura: ① Fast the Day of Ashura ② Perform Ghusl with the intention of good health ③ Apply Kohl to the eyes ④ Buy provisions for the home ⑤ Give charity to family members and the poor ⑥ Surah Al-Ikhlas — 1,000 times ⑦ Four Rakaʿat Ashura Prayer Best performed between Zuhur and Asar.
