Kindly update your NMR/SMR number on the AEBAS portal at the earliest. This will enable the reporting officer details to be updated and ensure the smooth processing and approval of leave applications by the HODs.

Those users who have already registered themselves on AEBAS (new registration) are requested to kindly share the following details via email with Dr. Shashank Tripathi, Assistant Professor, DBMI, UCMS at stripathi@ucms.ac.in :
1. Name
2. Attendance ID
3. Designation
4. Department
5. Date of Birth
After submission of these details, you will receive an email from NMC AEBAS regarding your Transfer-in to the UCMS pool. Once this process is completed, you will be able to mark your attendance using the Aadhaar BAS application.
Note: Those who have already completed this process may kindly ignore this message and start marking their attendance through the mobile application.

All the PG and UG students,
Please note that a bank executive will be available to open a savings bank account at College Reception, Ground Floor, UCMS, to assist with the process.
The students must bring the following documents:
1. Copy of Aadhar Card
2. Copy of PAN Card
3. 2 passport size photographs
Additionally, all PGs (Batch-2025) are required to submit their joining report to the Academic Section at the earliest to ensure timely release of stipend.
Kindly ensure compliance by all concerned students.
