Many of you will have seen that the Supreme Court in Vic has recently rejected the claim that the vaccine mandates for police in Victoria in 2021 were lawful. Yet the Supreme Court in WA is supporting the claim that these mandates were lawful (see the post above). How can medical ethics be ignored in one state and supported in another? We are all human beings and if mandating a drug is unlawful in one state it must be unlawful everywhere for the same reasons. And this reason is that many people have a genetic predisposition to illnesses caused by these drugs known as vaccines. Please publicise the finding in the WA courts and join this Right to Work group that is standing up to change this situation across Australia. Here is the case in the VIC Supreme Court that rejected the claim that the mandates for police officers were lawful in 2021-22. In other words the Police Commissioner had no authority to reprimand officers who rejected the experimental injections and they should not have lost their jobs. The VIC Police lost their Supreme court case for reprimanding police officers who refused the jab. Their actions were quashed by the Supreme court!

It looks like costs may be awarded as well though it's too early to tell.
