Can I participate in UP NEET UG 2023
Counselling if I am not a resident of Uttar
Pradesh? Yes, candidates from other states can also
participate in UP NEET Counselling but they are
eligible only for private medical colleges.

Pradesh then you are eligible for Government &
Private medical college both.
