Pastor Funke Felix-Adejumo has advised married men not to overwork or wear themselves out trying to satisfy every desire of their wives.
Speaking during a church sermon, she said, "Listen to me very carefully. Do everything, but don't kill yourself. Married men, listen. I'm a woman speaking to you now. There's nobody that can please a woman."
She clarified that she was not encouraging men to become irresponsible, adding, "I know you are responsible. I'm not saying you should not be responsible. But please, don't kill yourself."
Using humor to drive home her point, Pastor Funke said, "The Almighty God gave us nails. We will cut the nails and attach another one. God gave us eyebrows. We will remove them and put another one. God gave us hair, we will change it or add a wig. The Almighty God cannot please us. Who are you that will think you can?"
She encouraged men to simply do their best and also challenged women to contribute financially in their homes rather than depending solely on their husbands.
"Don't let the money you have be only sexually transmitted money, so that whatever your husband gives you will be an addition. Where is your own?" she asked.
Sharing a personal example, Pastor Funke revealed, "When my husband turned 60, I gave him 61 gifts. Who says you too cannot surprise your husband with a Prado?"
She concluded by encouraging women to pursue purpose and financial independence, saying, "Your life should not be dependent on when daddy comes home. We have left that a long time ago. If you are still there, you are the only one remaining." | 1 009 |

"My parents encouraged me to start writing the ICAN examinations through ATS instead of just waiting until I got to the right age for university."
She revealed that she was not an Accounting student in secondary school, so the first stage of the examinations was especially difficult. "I had to put in extra effort, and with the grace of God, I was able to pass that first level." Danielle added that although she failed one of her final papers last year, she rewrote it earlier this year and, "to the glory of God, I passed that examination. Now I can say that I am a qualified accountant of the Institute at 16 years old."
Following her testimony, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Dr. Daniel Olukoya, prayed for her, declaring, "You shall continue to move from strength to strength and from glory to glory.
