I had someone argue with me the other day that if you were injured by something the military did to you, there’s no way they would discharge you without compensation. This is simply not true. This person was discharged with an entry level separation in basic training after complaining of "left upper extremity numbness and pain left lower extremity numbness and pain" after getting a Covid shot. The doctor who recommended the discharge not be changed from entry level separation said “member spent a weekend in the hospital and a robust workup did not reveal any ongoing physical issues. Mental health also gave input on the case and hypothesized member's issues were psychiatric in nature.” Because of this “hypothesis” and lack of evidence (the military will never admit to a vaccine being the cause of an injury), the “Air Force discharged the applicant with an entry level separation due to erroneous enlistment following a diagnosis of arm and leg weakness.” Erroneous enlistment is their way of saying the condition already existed prior to enlistment, so they’re not responsible. Keep this in mind when you send your kid off to serve in the military. Not only do they immediately become a human guinea pig with ZERO informed consent, but if they get injured in the process, the military will likely say they’re crazy and it’s in their head, or that it was pre-existing, both of which were done here.
